This newly-renovated rental community in Vista features upgraded 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments and community amenities for residents to enjoy. All apartments were upgraded with new bathrooms, kitchens and windows; and a new community building, newly sized to provide adequate space for CHWs’ award winning Achieve Resident Programs. In addition, the rehabilitation updated the landscape, added patios, and barbeques, bike racks and upgraded the play/recreation area. Four homes were remodeled for greater accessibility to residents with disabilities.
