Special Needs Housing

Some CHW Rental Communities provide apartments for people with special needs. CHW has support programs in place in some locations for people who qualify so they can stabilize their lives and finances.  CHW has over 150 apartments with these supportive services in place to help people with disabilities; individuals with HIV or AIDS; homeless families reuniting after recovery from drug and alcohol abuse; transitional housing for homeless families; homeless, disabled veterans; people with developmental disabilities; seniors with disabilities and victims of domestic violence.
