The Asset Management Team works toward making all aspects of resident interaction with the physical space, both inside and outside of the rental communities, into a “the best it can afford to be.” With our commitment to sustainability, we are always looking for better, healthier and greener ways to enhance residents’ experience, whether it is to improve indoor air quality by using no VOC paints in apartment interiors or winning state MASH grants for saving residents money on their utility bills or supporting residents’ recycling programs, CHW’s pride of ownership is apparent and consistent.
