CHW Rental Communities are home to individuals and families with lower incomes (under 60% of the county median or typical family income).  The minimum and maximum income requirements vary by location.

To live at a CHW Rental Community, you must:

  • Meet specific income guidelines that vary by location
  • Pass a criminal background check
  • Have an acceptable rental history and credit check
