Lender Partner Certification
Community HousingWorks has implemented a new procedure for certifying broker/mortgage partners to work with clients in our HomeOwnership Center. This certification class is now required for Brokers and Mortgage Lenders to access our downpayment assistance programs.

For more information about the next Certified Lender Partner Training, please send your full contact information to Armando Campos and you will be added to the RSVP list. Please include: Full Name, Mailing Address, Cell Number and most-checked Email address (personal email preferred).

Existing Certified Lender Partners
If you are one of our existing Certified Lender partners you have the opportunity to assist Community HousingWorks put low-income families on the path to homeownership! Opportunities include using our Down Payment Loan Assistance Programs (DAPs) for potential borrowers and your contact info will be listed on our website. For more information on our Loan Programs and Funding Availability, please contact Dee Sodano.

Volunteer

HomeBuyer Education Speaker
Opportunities for our volunteer partners include presenting our curriculum during our Saturday HomeBuyer Education. By volunteering, you're not only helping put families on the path to homeownership, but you also have the opportunity to present yourself to hundreds of potential clients.

If you are an interested Volunteer Speaker, send an e-mail to Armando Campos and he will reply to you with all the possible Volunteering Opportunities with our HomeOwnership Center. Please download the Volunteer Speaker Agreement and bring it to your HBE observation date.

Our HomeOwnership Center offers a number of exciting and rewarding sponsorship opportunities for our partners.  Events such as our annual City Heights clean-up FaceLift event and our annual Dreambuilder fundraising event offer excellent team building, networking and marketing opportunities for our partners. - I want to participate!
