Partnership Opportunities

Community HousingWorks is proud to partner with local banks, insurance companies, realtors, title companies and housing organizations to offer the programs and services of our HomeOwnership Center.  With your help and continued support, we put over 100 families into homeownership and educate over 1,000 families annually.

Your partnership is vital to our success, so read on to find out how you can be a part of making homeownership possible in San Diego County!

Volunteer

Brokers
Community HousingWorks has implemented a new procedure for certifying broker partners to work with clients in our HomeOwnership Center. A certification class is now required, and the last class was offered in April, 2006. We are currently scheduling another class and until that time we are not accepting new broker partner requests. However please send your full contact information to Cruz Peinado and she will put you on our interest list.

Bank Loan Officers
If you work as a loan officer for a major bank, you have the opportunity to assist Community Housing Works put low-income families on the path to homeownership! Opportunities include pre-qualifying homebuyers using our system and presenting during our HomeBuyer Education classes. For more information, please contact Adelina Enriquez.

RealtorsŪ
Opportunities for our RealtorŪ partners include presenting our curriculum during our Saturday HomeBuyer Education. By volunteering, you're not only helping put families on the path to homeownership, but you also have the opportunity to present yourself to hundreds of potential clients as well as being placed on our RealtorŪ List.

If you are an interested RealtorŪ, please download the Volunteer Speaker Agreement. Then send an e-mail to Cruz Peinado and she will contact you regarding upcoming trainings and classes.

Our HomeOwnership Center offers a number of exciting and rewarding sponsorship opportunities for our partners.  Events such as our annual City Heights clean-up FaceLift event (link to events/FaceLift2005) and our annual Dreambuilder (link to events/Dreambuilder2006) fundraising event offer excellent team building, networking and marketing opportunities for our partners. - I want to participate!
