Step 1: Gather Your Documentation
Our Mortgage Assessors will need for you to bring as many documents that you have that are related to your mortgage statements, lender correspondences, proof of income and other documents that may be applicable to your special situation. To better prepare yourself for the next step, download the entire checklist to get yourself ready for a comprehensive mortgage analysis at your confidential and specific session. Come Prepared – I am Motivated to keep my HOME!
If you would like to speed up the intake process, download all the forms and fill them out ahead of time for your pre-determined one-on-one session. All forms must be filled out completely and legibily once you arrive to your session and before you meet with your Mortgage Assessor. The completed forms needed include: our intake packet, a borrower's authorization form and a privacy consent form.
