Community HousingWorks’ HomeOwnership Center offers unique homeownership opportunities to families of modest means that may not qualify for conventional mortgages. By offering homebuyer education, pre-qualification counseling and closing cost and down payment loan assistance we help families achieve the dream of homeownership in San Diego County. Raised over $8 million for its loan pool

Who We Serve

Community HousingWorks serves first-time homebuyers who fall within the low- to moderate-income ranges for San Diego County. In addition, we serve existing homeowners with foreclosure alternatives.
