The VALOR scholarship provides Volunteer Junior Leaders, who have achieved Academic success and demonstrated community Leadership an Opportunity and Reward
to help pay for higher education.
The VALOR Scholarship is offered to our Junior Leaders: youth in our complexes that give back to their communities by providing tutoring assistance in our Learning Communities.* We awarded our first VALOR scholarships in the Spring of 2003 to eight deserving individuals, and last year awarded seven more. Our scholarship fund continues to grow making the dream of college a reality for more deserving young adults.
Each year we gather to celebrate the accomplishments of our VALOR scholars, award their scholarships and enjoy refreshments and the company of our donors and sponsors.
Suggested Donation: $25
