Condo Conversion Workshops
This 2-hour workshop is offered at least once a month to tenants of apartment complexes that are or will be undergoing a conversion to condominiums. This class is offered either in our City Heights office or on-site and teaches you about the process, what to look for when buying a condo and how you can qualify for a loan. The class answers common questions such as:
- What is a Condo Conversion?
- What are the differences between these and existing condos? (What to watch out for, reserve studies, HOA, insurance, etc.)
- What is the process?
- What about relocation benefits?
- Who do I contact for problems or concerns?
- What is out there to help me buy?
- What is the next step?
Classes are held on designated Thursdays from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
