CHW Lending offers an array of Down-Payment Assistant loans that may help you purchase your first home! We also offer classes for lenders that explain each program in detail so you can help your client find the loan that works best for them.  Here is our list of Certified Lender Partners.  All of the assistance programs we provide or administer for a city have income restrictions and require attendance at an 8-hour HUD certified Home Buyer Education class.
