Mr. del Rio has years of experience as a first-mortgage lender and a nationwide broker. He has been in senior management for over four years; and has worked extensively with low-income, multilingual/multiethnic, and credit impaired clients. Mr. del Rio sits on the City Heights Area Planning Committee and is active with the City Heights Business Association. He has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from James Madison University, and has numerous professional certificates in Lending, Real Estate, Management, and a variety of other continuing education topics. Mr. del Rio is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Homeownership Center, including implementing and managing an effective and efficient service delivery system that produces a pipeline of prospective homebuyers and continuous flow of mortgage-ready homebuyers. Mr. del Rio also develops and implements comprehensive strategies for enlisting investing partners and cultivates these relationships; conducts periodic system and staff reviews to assure the highest quality customer service; maintains the standards of practice, policies, and procedures for the successful operation of the center; and provides the HOC’s advisory committee with quarterly management reports to include performance, cost analysis, and overall financial information. Mr. del Rio has worked in real estate, finance and construction for over 5 years.
